Alumni Support at PHA

The postsecondary journey can certainly be a challenge - but PHA will continue to support you in this exciting (and sometimes daunting!) new stage of life. PHA has expanded its College Counseling program to assist you, our talented alumni, in successfully transitioning to and through college. PHA’s College Success program is designed to ensure that you succeed in your respective postsecondary endeavors.

 

The program provides guidance in some of the following ways:

PHA has partnered with SignalVine, an individualized two-way text messaging platform, to effectively keep up with communication. You will be contacted throughout the year so that we can communicate financial aid deadlines, share resources, and offer support for social-emotional needs during the transition to college.

 

Alumni – This website is just a starting point! We encourage you to reach out to various people and offices at your school for continued support (your Academic Advisor, Dean, Office of Multicultural Affairs, Mental Health Services, etc). Take advantage of the resources available to you!
