What year did you graduate from PHA?
I graduated from PHA in 2006.
What was your experience like as a student at PHA?
My experience as a student at PHA was great. It had its ups and downs, but overall looking back I'm glad I attended PHA. The culture of the school prepared me for college and helped to shape my work ethic. I believe that PHA has played a role in my success thus far and I am grateful to have attended and still be part of the community now.
What is your favorite PHA memory?
One of my favorite memories at PHA was playing on the basketball team and bringing the first men's basketball championship to the school. There were so many years where we were close and to finally win was one of the greatest feelings.
What have you been up to since graduating from PHA?
After graduating from PHA, I went on to graduate from UMASS Amherst with a bachelors in Economics. I then went on to working for State Street Bank for three years as a Fund Accountant. I moved on from State Street to Putnam as a Data Analyst and simultaneously started a dual master's degree program at Suffolk University. I'm currently working at Putnam Investments as a Senior Financial Analyst and graduated from Suffolk University in 2019 with a dual master's degree in Business Administration and Finance. I also have been working with the PHA community as a member of the Young Professional Advisory Board for the last couple years and am in my last year as the Co-Chair of the YPAB.
