Education: BA in Sociology / BA in Crime, Law, and Justice

Work experience: I've spent most of my career on the other side of the river, working with Boston Public School students, as a teacher in traditional classrooms and as an outdoor educator at Thompson Island Outward Bound Education Center! Now, I meld both worlds by supporting and managing our community partnerships at PHA and their work with our students.

Hobbies and interests: Gardening in my backyard, supporting my pals at local drag shows, painting murals, cooking Vietnamese food, crocheting, playing ice hockey, reading!

Why did you choose to work at Prospect Hill Academy?: I was a big fan of how PHA ensures that all students have access to experiential learning opportunities! As much as possible, I want to get our students into the community and outside of their comfort zones. Directing STEAM Saturday and Junior Journey allows me to help students discover more about themselves, their interests, and what they're capable of!
