Partnering with EveryoneON, a national non-profit working to eliminate the digital divide among Americans, PHA is making accessible, through the Connect2Compete (C2C) program, high-speed, low-cost Internet service and a refurbished laptop computer to PHA families that qualify for the National School Lunch Program.
