Junior Journey

Overview

The Junior Journey Program at PHA began in 2008 as a three-week adventure to Antigua, Guatemala for twenty-five members of the Junior Class. For the 10th anniversary of the program, PHA expanded this longstanding trip to include all members of the junior class!

These life-changing Journeys provide students with the opportunity to broaden their horizons, gain greater independence, and develop stronger self-confidence as they prepare for their transition to college. Recent trips have included travel to Phoenix, Arizona, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, New Orleans, and Western, MA.

Cost

Prospect Hill Academy Charter School is committed to covering the majority of costs for Junior Journey to ensure all eligible juniors have the opportunity to participate, regardless of their families’ financial situation. The average cost per trip is $2500. Students and their families are asked to pay a small deposit to hold their place ($150 or less) to attend these trips.
