Education: University of California, San Diego (cum laude, double major in Theatre and Creative Writing)
Previous Experience: Worked as an actor, teacher, director, and sound designer in NYC from 1997-2014 (Irondale Ensemble Project, Blessed Unrest Theatre, Strike Anywhere Performance Ensemble). Taught theatre, acting, and playwriting at Carnegie Mellon University, Marymount Manhattan College, Manhattanville College, and numerous NYC public high schools. Taught Shakespeare and creative writing for 13 summers with Putney Student Travel in Oxford, Paris, and Florence, Italy.
Hobbies and interests: Theatre, sports, politics, journalism, cooking, climate change/environmentalism, sustainable urban planning, quantum physics.
Why did you choose to work at Prospect Hill Academy: "A strong belief in social justice and equality through education. And also because theatre is my life. I enjoy bringing theatre to students who might otherwise not have the opportunity to explore this wonderful form of art."
