Harvard Radcliffe Institute Emerging Leaders Program

ELP partners local high school sophomores with current Harvard undergraduates in a mentoring relationship. Over the course of the year, our students worked with their mentors to conduct research projects around a relevant, pressing social justice topic of their choice.

The students gave their capstone presentations on April 29th on the Harvard Radcliffe campus. Their projects included:

  • Boston Charter School Funding
  • Doum Hoarding
  • Women vs. Healthcare
  • Youth Mental Health
  • How Can We, as High School Students, Support Impoverished Migrant Women in Gaining Access to High-Quality Healthcare?
