Associate Teachers collaborate with Lead and Special Education Teachers to support in the classroom and in the delivery of accommodations and modifications. This role is an excellent fit for candidates who are enrolled in or recent graduates of education programs and/or have significant experience working with students in a similar capacity.


Lead Teachers provide high quality instruction that supports both the academic and social-emotional development of all students. The team includes PK-12 teachers in grade-level or content-specific roles. 
Special Education Teachers provide high quality instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs. The special education department at PHA provides services through an inclusive model with differentiated and individualized support for students. 
ESL Teachers provide high quality instruction for multilingual learners to strengthen their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English. The ESL program at PHA promotes English language development through a Sheltered English Immersion model, with both Integrated and Designated ELD instruction.
Student Service Providers provide high quality, specialized instruction and support for students with diverse learning needs. The Student Services team includes school counselors, school psychologists, occupational & speech therapists, BCBA, and behavior therapists.

Leadership & Staff

Campus Leaders manage and oversee all aspects of a campus, including academic and social-emotional programming for students, supervision and professional development of faculty/staff, family engagement, and building operations. The team includes Principals, Assistant Principals, and Deans.
Campus Staff support the work of our campuses in various domains including Administration, Facilities Management, and Meals Services.
District Office Staff & Leaders support the work of our campuses in various specialized domains including Academics, Business Operations, Technology, Human Resources, and Advancement.
