Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation structure that rewards both length of service, degree held, and effectiveness in role. Our 2023-24 minimum salaries for teacher candidates with 2 years of full-time experience are:
- Lead Teacher: $63,950
- Special Education Teacher: $67,950
