Scott Parker

Education: BA in physics from Boston University, PhD in mechanical engineering from Tufts University

 

Previous experience: Senior Member of the Technical Staff at Draper for 7 years, taught physics and Chemistry for a couple years before my PhD, also worked at HomeStart for 3 years after college helping homeless individuals find housing.

 

Hobbies and interests: I do some woodworking and photography for fun and go biking, hiking and camping.

 

Why did you choose to work at Prospect Hill Academy?: I am passionate about science education and have known for a while that I wanted to return to teaching.
