This spring, students and families enjoyed taking part in three Family & Community Gardening Days, planting flowers and more than 15 types of vegetables and herbs, while also engaging in hands-on STEM activities facilitated by Groundwork Somerville instructors. Students and families will return to the garden over the summer and fall to harvest the vegetables and herbs for use at home.
