November is Native American Heritage Month

This past June, a group of PHA juniors got a firsthand look at Indigenous life and culture on their Junior Journey service-learning trip to the Navajo Nation in Arizona. In the photo at right, a student uses a hand carder to process wool. The Diné (Navajo People) spin their own yarn from wool that they harvest.
