On April 1st, the 10th Grade held their inaugural American Studies Theatre Festival at the Central Square Theatre. Students wrote, directed, and performed mini plays exploring topics like immigration, gambling, aliens, family drama, and more.

Spring has finally sprung! We are excitedly beginning to see the buds and vibrant flowering blooms of the seeds we sowed at the start of the school year. From our youngest scholars to our graduating seniors, the academic learning outcomes indicate that this is our winning season! Our seniors have been accepted to colleges from the East Coast to Hawaii!!

Students in our AP Computer Science A class had the amazing opportunity to visit MIT Sea Grant facilities on March 24th. They learned all about the purpose of Sea Grant, some projects they are working on there, and the challenges of ocean engineering. The students especially enjoyed the experience of building and battling their own underwater robots.

In March, PHA Meals Program Director Michelle Doyle had the opportunity to attend the Legislative Action Conference in Washington, D.C with her colleagues from School Nutrition Association of Massachusetts (Michelle is a board member).

On March 12th, the senior members of PHA's National Honor Society attended the Rotary Club of Cambridge Scholarship Breakfast. Senior Taygen R. was awarded a scholarship for college as well as a donation to a charity of the student's choice.
