Meet the 7-12 Team!

Annika Hudson, MS, is a licensed School Counselor at the Middle School. She recently moved from New Jersey where she was a Middle School Counselor & Learning Specialist for 4 years. Prior to this she served as an AmeriCorps KEYS volunteer and also taught in the Dominican Republic for a year. Ms. Hudson is excited to be joining the PHA community.
 
Nancy Young, MEd., LMHC, "Ms. Young" is a licensed School Counselor and Adjustment Counselor. Ms. Young works mostly with high school students and she has been a counselor at PHA since 2016. Prior to working at PHA, Ms. Young worked as a school-based clinician working with students considered to be at risk of dropping out in the Boston Public Schools.
 
Dana Naliboff, MA, Ed.S, NCSP, “Ms. Naliboff” is the full time School Psychologist at the Middle and High School Campus. She completed her internship at PHA during the 2017-2018 school year.  Most recently, Ms. Naliboff was the school psychologist for a therapeutic program at a public middle school. Ms. Naliboff has also worked as a school psychologist at the elementary level and as a residential counselor. 
 
Erin McElligott, M.Ed., “Ms. McElligott” is the 7-12 Director of College & School Counseling, and also facilitates the Alumni Support program. She has been a counselor at PHA for over 10 years, and previously worked as a school counselor at the middle school level. She is a licensed School Counselor and manages a caseload of seniors, supports PHA alumni, and collaborates with counseling team members.
Leo Costa, M.Ed., “Mr. Costa” is a licensed School Counselor and is one of the College Counselors at the High School. He is passionate about helping students find their path after PHA. Mr. Costa has been a counselor at PHA since 2019, and has previously worked as both a teacher and a coach. Mr. Costa is fluent in Spanish.
 
Devan Martin, M.Ed., "Ms. Martin" is a licensed School Counselor and is one of the College Counselors at the High School. Ms. Martin started working at PHA in September 2023 and previously worked as a School Counselor at Brockton High School. Ms. Martin really enjoys helping students navigate the college process and future plans! Please check out the College Counseling website for more information on that program.
 
Hannah Port, M.Ed, is a Counseling Intern for grades 7-12. After 8 years of teaching, she is excited for the opportunity to stay at PHA and transition into this new role. She is pursuing her Masters of Social Work at Simmons University.
 
Julia Hagan is a Counseling Intern for grades 7-12. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counseling at Harvard University. Outside of school she coaches a track team and enjoys running. Previously, she has completed an internship at the May Center School in Wilmington and was an instructional assistant in Newburyport Public Schools.
