Morgan Mahoney

Education: Boston College Class of 2019 for Undergraduate with degrees in Elementary Education and Applied Psychology; Lesley University Class of 2020 with Masters in Moderate Disabilities PreK-8.

 

Previous work experience: I taught third grade in Wellesley, MA for the 2020-21 school year. Prior to that, I was a paraprofessional in Arlington, MA in both second grade and Kindergarten.

 

Hobbies and interests: I love to spend time outdoors biking, working out and skiing. I love to travel, go to restaurants, spend time with my friends and family, and have also taken a recent interest in cooking!

 

Why did you choose to work at Prospect Hill Academy?: PHA is a wonderful place to cultivate my love of teaching, and its mission very closely aligns with my philosophy for teaching; preparing students to be responsible citizens and inspire a love of learning. I have always loved working with kids and wanted a career where I can use my skills to help others!
