As you may know, since early September the country of Haiti has been paralyzed by violent civil unrest which has led to roadblocks, demonstrations and gang violence leading to the lack of free flow of water, fuel, food, and medical supplies from major ports and airports.

The upcoming elections will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022; only two weeks away. Early voting is underway through Friday, November 4, 2022. If you have not registered yet, please do so before October 29, 2022.
During the week of November 28th, 2022, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s Office of Public School Monitoring (PSM) will conduct a Tiered Focused Monitoring Review of Prospect Hill Academy Charter School. The Office of Public School Monitoring visits each district and charter school every three years to monitor compliance with federal and state special education and civil rights regulations. Areas of review related to special education include student assessments, determination of eligibility, the Individualized Education Program (IEP) Team process, and IEP development and implementation. Areas of review related to civil rights include bullying, student discipline, physical restraint, and equal access to school programs for all students.
We are thrilled to bring the Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Program to our Early Childhood campus this year.
We are thrilled to usher in the start of the school year with our amazing students and faculty, and staff alike. For the first 20 days (September 7 - October 4) our students have been developing their academic and social-emotional learning skills. They are settling into our inclusive community, developing a sense of belonging and rekindling old and building new relationships with one another and faculty and staff.
