On March 3-4, PHA's High School held its 8th Annual AP Computer Science Hackathon at Google in Kendall Square. Students responded to the prompt of Data Analysis, choosing from one of four datasets and developing a program solution to analyze or visualize the data. They were joined by PHA alumni who gave the keynote introduction and supported students through the event. Students presented their work to PHA teachers, alumni, and Google volunteers.

Congratulations to the PHA Girls Varsity basketball team on their recent win of the MCSAC (Massachusetts Charter School Athletic Conference) Championship! They triumphed in the finals over Neighborhood House Charter School on February 14th. We are so proud of our student-athletes and the coaches that have worked so hard this season and are making PHA history!

The Class of 2026 is off to an impressive start in the college admissions process. 96% of seniors have applied to college, and 80% have already received at least one acceptance.
